April 2024: Biden Administration guts Title IX 

 

August 2024: Title IX rule goes final 

 

January 9, 2025: Federal judge vacates Biden’s Title IX rule 

 

January 14, 2025: The House passed a bill to protect women's sports 

 

January 20, 2025: President Trump was inaugurated and launched executive action to prevent any federal funding for public educational institutions that replace 'sex' with 'gender.'

 

 

Now what? 

 

It’s the Senate’s turn to advance a companion bill to the House bill 

 

The Senate needs to pass the bill 

 

Many states will continue to use self ID (if you say you’re a woman you are)  

 

Club sports continue to use self ID (if you say you’re a woman you are) 

 

Professional sports continue to use self ID (if you say you’re a woman you are) 

 

Independent school sports to use self ID (if you say you’re a woman you are) 

 

Olympic sports.... don’t get us started
